For food truck parks, markets, and food halls
You run the venue. We do the chasing.
Rent and booth fees draft themselves on schedule. Expiring permits and insurance get chased before they lapse. Your vendors hear from us, not from you.
One flat monthly price, sized to how many vendors you carry. Your vendors pay us nothing, and their payments land in your bank, not ours.

How it works
What every vendor has to hand over before they can sell: permits, insurance, a signed agreement. We start you off with a checklist built for your kind of venue, and you change whatever you like.
Their email and what they pay you. That is your part. We invite them, walk them through permits, insurance, signing and their bank details from their phone, and keep asking until it is all in.
Rent and booth fees draft on schedule. Failed payments retry and escalate on their own. Expiring documents get chased before they lapse. You approve what comes in, and never send a chasing text again.
Insurance and permits
Late rent is a headache. An uninsured vendor is a lawsuit.
When something goes wrong on your property, the paperwork you didn't check is the paperwork that names you. Barrow Pay tracks every certificate and permit, requires your venue to be named on the insurance, and flips a vendor's status the moment something lapses, so nothing quietly expires on your lot.
- Green: paid up, papers current. Nothing to do.
- Yellow: something expires soon. The vendor already got the reminder.
- Red: lapsed or unpaid, with the reason attached. One tap to pause their spot until it's cured.

I'm working with a small group of operators to start. Free setup, and I run your first billing cycle alongside you. You keep your vendors, your rates, and your rules; I do the wiring. Tell me about your venue and I'll reach out personally.
